Assessment
Please contact us to setup a free, in-home assessment of your needs. During this meeting, we will assess your needs based on the input you provide. We will also present an overview of the services we can provide you with and how they might meet your needs.
At this time, we will answer any questions that you may have. We will work together with you to determine a plan of care to meet your needs.
The careplan will address your specific needs with regard to personal assistance including dressing, bathing and personal hygiene, if needed as well as other in-home assistance we can provide. We will determine the days of the week and amount of time needed to provide those services and work to create a schedule specifically designed to meet your needs. Schedules are flexible and can be changed and/or adjusted on an ongoing basis as needed.
We will also address and ensure that provisions are made for care in the event of a natural disaster or emergency.
